These terms apply to website design, development, SEO, advertising and video services provided by PiximWeb, 2627, Market Block, Gali No. 3, Jain Nagar, New Delhi 110081, India. By approving a quote, you agree to them.
We build a free demo of your homepage before you pay. The demo is shared on a private link and remains our property until you approve and pay for the project. If you do not go ahead, you owe nothing and the demo is removed.
Each project has a fixed quote shared with your demo. Payment terms are stated in the quote. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
You confirm that the text, photos, logos and other material you give us belong to you or that you have permission to use them.
Once the project is paid in full, the website design, content and files created for you are yours, and the domain is registered in your name. Third-party themes, plugins and stock images remain subject to their own licences.
Timelines depend on receiving content and feedback on time. The number of revision rounds included is stated in your quote.
Hosting, maintenance and ongoing services such as SEO or ads are billed as agreed in your quote and can be cancelled with notice as stated there.
We work to improve your visibility and enquiries, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, ad results or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
